Ginger Energy Balls

If you need a quick fix of energy,instead of sugary snacks,it helps to have something healthy ready to go!These energy balls are easy to make!

Ingredients

Two thirds of mug of rolled oats

Two heaped desertspoons of almond butter

One eighth mug ground flaxseed

One quarter mug sesame seeds

Two heaped desertspoons of honey

Half teaspoon of ground ginger

Half teapoon of ground cinnamon

Combine oats,flaxseed,almond butter,sesame seeds,ground ginger and cinnamon in a bowl.Shape into balls.Place on small tray ,cover and keep in freezer.
