Ingredients:
800g tinned pear halves in juice
3 cups of oats
Half a cup of milled seed mix
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
3 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey(if you like more sweetness)
Half a cup of ground almonds
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C
Drain juice from tin and cut up pears
Line casserole dish with the pear slices
Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and place over pears
Bake for 20-30 minutes in oven
Allow to cool and serve with dairy free sorbet
