Easy Healthy Pizza

If you want to try an easy healthy pizza recipe for the weekend,this is it!This recipe contains no yeast,so it is super easy to make.The recipe will make two small to medium sized pizzas.If you only want to make a pizza for one simply halve the ingredients!

Ingredients

350g of plain flour

Two and a half teaspoons of baking powder

One tablespoon of olive oil

Pesto sauce(tomato) or Tomato Puree

Mozzarella cheese

Chopped Peppers and onions(if desired)

190 ml water

Method:

1.Heat oven to 200C

2.Mix 350g flour,two and a half teaspoons of baking powder,olive oil and 190 ml water.Stir together until you can make a ball,do not put too much water in or it will be sticky.If you need more water just add a little.

3.Place some flour on a surface before you knead dough for approximately three minutes.Divide dough in half and using a roller or water bottle roll out the two pieces of dough into two roundish flat pizza bases.

4.Place in oven for 15 minutes.

5.Place chopped peppers and onion in a heated oiled pan until softened.

6.Take pizza base out of oven after 15 minutes.

7.Cover pizza base with pesto or tomato puree(to amount desired).Add mozzarella and then add peppers and onion and replace in oven for another 5 to 10 minutes until slightly browned.
